IQUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
CLUB NAUTICO SA RAPITA is a marina located in an invaluable ecological setting alongside virgin beaches in the south of the island of Majorca, facing the national park of Cabrera. Since it was built in the 1970s, it has constantly updated to meet the needs and expectations of members and users. Today, it has 470 moorings, a dry dock, a fuel supply station, a sailing school, a regatta organisation, sailing services, restaurants, and other services.
Aware that continuous improvement requires management based on Quality and Environmental Protection criteria, an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System has been put into place, based on International Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and UNE standard 188004 for tourism services on nautical sports facilities.
The correct implementation and application of the System requires the involvement of all Organisation levels, both in Management and amongst all those who work at CLUB NÁUTICO SA RÁPITA, as well as the following commitments:
- Providing the Organisation with the appropriate human and technical resources to assure management Quality in our services, always in an attempt to achieve maximum satisfaction amongst our users.
- Establishing the necessary technical and financial means to prevent pollution and reducing the ecological impact of our processes on the environment.
- Complying with the regulatory requirements affecting us and those taken on voluntarily.
- Improving internal management and creating a favourable working environment, training and motivating staff in professional and personal development, as well as promoting a teamwork attitude.
- Defining specific targets each year relating to Quality and the Environment which affect all Organisation activities, collaborating in Continuous Improvement at the Club.
- Delegating the necessary duties and responsibilities to the Integrated Management System Quality and Environmental Manager to manage and periodically check the system.
- Reviewing the Policy each year to ensure it is valid and constantly meets the Organisation’s purposes and objectives.
The Management at CLUB NÁUTICO SA RÁPITA counts on the participation of everyone to ensure this policy is upheld and communicated.
